Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Products that are opened, consumed, or tampered with cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used consumable products
• Perishable goods
• Items marked as “final sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, manufacturing issue), we cover all return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

We do not offer refunds for:
• Shipping fees
• Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

International Orders
For international customers:
• Return shipping fees and duties are your responsibility
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customs delays or holds are outside our control and not grounds for refunds
