Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains how returns are handled.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Products that are opened, consumed, or tampered with cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used consumable products

Perishable goods

Items marked as “final sale”

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, manufacturing issue), we cover all return shipping costs.

  1. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

Wait for our approval and return instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

We do not offer refunds for:

Shipping fees

Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

  1. International Orders

For international customers:

Return shipping fees and duties are your responsibility

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Customs delays or holds are outside our control and not grounds for refunds
